Bliss

A blend of Brazilian Portuguese and American English, Rio de Janeiro rhythms and Woodstock folk, Bliss is the musical partnership of Gabriel Dresdale and Mariana Barcellos Song. Weaving together guitar, vocals, cello and percussion into their original songs, Bliss endeavors to bring the listener into closer communion with themselves and the Earth. Bliss has performed at art galleries, private parties, yoga studios and theaters. Wishing to bring peace and love to the world, their songs speak of the beauty of nature, gratitude for life, and healing through self-awareness.

Mariana and Gabriel started to play music together in March of 2016 for an art opening at The Whitney Museum in NYC. Their relationship quickly grew from a tiny seed into a beautiful flower of love and music. Now 8 years later, they are happily married and have a daughter, who they are raising together in Woodstock, NY. Guided by the Stars and the Great Mystery, they find inspiration in music and life from each other, and have a strong desire to share this inspiration with the world.
